Return Eligibility
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your items. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will assist you in replacing the item at no additional cost or issuing a full refund.
